What is the purpose of Wisdom Meetings?

How do I register for a conference?

Registration for conferences held by Wisdom Meetings are not confirmed or reserved until the complete payment is received. We highly recommend that the complete payment is provided during the registration to guarantee a seat within the conference.

Are discounts available for registration?

Discounts are available for group registrations consisting of 4 or more. Email the conference secretary with each registrant’s name and contact information (including address, phone and email), conference title and date(s). Please note that individual confirmations will not be issued until the payment is received.

Is lunch provided at the conference?

The registration fee includes the refreshments and lunch at the conference.
*Please make sure to include information about any food allergies and/or intolerances when you complete your online registration, so that we can be sure to notify catering about specific needs.

What time do the conferences begin and end?

All conferences organized by Wisdom Meetings begin at 9.00 am and ends at 6.00 pm. Visit conference webpage for more information.

When will abstract submission and registration open for the conferences?

Will submitted papers be published?

All submitted papers/abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.

How to register for a conference organized by Wisdom Meetings?

You may register for the meeting through the online registration form. All conference participants must register by specific dates mentioned in the respective conference webpage or their presentation information will not appear in the conference program. For more information, please refer to the conference webpage or contact the conference secretary.

Can I pay by check or cash?

Our online system only accepts payment via credit card and/or PayPal.

What does the registration fee include?

The registration fee includes admission to all sessions of the conference and the cost of meals and refreshments.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes. Your registration fee will include an "on demand" feature, so you can access any session you choose from the conference library after the scheduled conference dates.

Will I still be able to interact with the presenters during the sessions?

Yes, the speakers will be available to answer questions during the sessions that are presented over the conference dates
