We request you read these Terms as it is very important to establish what you can expect from us as you use our services, and what we expect from you.

These Terms reflect the way that our business works, the laws that apply to our company, and certain things that we’ve always believed to be true. As a result, these Terms help us in defining our relationship with you as you interact with our services. These terms further help you understand how and why we collect your data and what you can expect from us which describes how we provide and develop our services. They also outline what we expect from you, which establishes certain rules for using our services. Understanding these terms is important because, by using our services, you’re agreeing to these terms.

Besides these terms, we also publish a Privacy Policy. Although it’s not part of these terms, we encourage you to read it to better understand how you can update, manage, export and delete your information.

These terms help define the relationship between you and Wisdom Meetings. Broadly speaking, we give you permission to use our services if you agree to follow these terms, which reflect how our business works and how we earn money. When we speak of Wisdom Meetings, ‘we', 'us' and 'our', ‘organization’, ‘company’ we mean Wisdom Meetings Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates.

Although we give you permission to use our services, we retain any intellectual property rights that we have in the services.

Some of our services are designed to let you upload, submit, store, send, receive or share your content. You have no obligation to provide any content to our services and you’re free to choose the content that you want to provide. If you choose to upload or share content, please make sure that you have the necessary rights to do so and that the content is lawful. Your content remains yours, which means that you retain any intellectual property rights that you have in your content.

By registering to our conferences or any other services/events/symposiums for the conference you hereby agree to these terms and conditions.

While we do not make any alterations to the event and venue until and unless it is unavoidable due to the circumstances, we solely reserve the right to do so to the conference/ meeting/symposium/summit including date and/or venue at any time without prior notice and the same may be reflected in the relevant website.

The organization is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities.

The organization reserves the right and holds the sole discretion to cancel any conference at any time in case of any unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances. Organizer will have no further liability to the client.

Refund/Cancellation:

All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference secretaryCancellation before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $100 towards processing feeCancellations order placed within 80 days of the conference start date is non-refundable but transferred to upcoming event

Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference

Note: Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, global public health emergencies, strikes or hostilities. The organizer will provide opportunity for the registered participants to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences.

If we make any changes to the event like updating the dates and venue, all the registrations remain valid for event with new dates or for future editions, if the conference has to be postponed by causes beyond organizer control. Refund policy is not applicable in this condition.

In the event of cancellation, the organization will use reasonable and suitable alternative arrangements such as posting the news of cancellation on the appropriate event website to alert those who have registered to attend the event.

Delegates are responsible for checking this information prior to the event. We advised to keep checking the website for updates on our conferences.

The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
